In 2007, Beth and her family began attending Harvest on the Elgin Campus.  She served five years as a volunteer coach and Bible teacher in women’s ministry before coming on staff part-time in 2012 as a biblical counselor. In 2013, Beth moved to a part-time role as Director of Women’s Ministry on the Rolling Meadows Campus. Beth join the staff full-time in 2016 with the addition of a central role as Director of Operations for the Counseling Ministry.  Beth’s passion for ministry to women expands beyond Harvest through conference and retreat speaking.

Beth obtained a paralegal degree at Robert Morris University and majored in business administration at DePaul University. Before joining the staff at Harvest, Beth’s career involved organizational leadership to real estate and law firms and launched her own successful business as a certified executive coach.

She is married to David for 26 years; and their daughter, Rachel, is married to Harvest Pastor, Jake van Gilse.
