HOW DO I GET MY KIDS’ T-SHIRTS?
T-shirt pick up is Sunday, July 15 at the Rock Counter. Label camper’s shirt with first name ONLY in a sharpie marker. All campers receive a t-shirt based on elective. Some campers receive a second shirt. You may purchase an additional High Five camper t-shirt during registration and t-shirts are available for purchase Monday, July 16 after 3:00.
HOW DOES LUNCH WORK?
Camper lunch is served in two locations: preschoolers eat inside at tables and grade school campers eat outside in a tent. Water coolers are available. Full day campers bring their own lunch packed in a zip lock bag, with their first and last name clearly marked.
HOW DO YOU CARE FOR MY CHILD WITH ALLERGIES?
Note your child’s allergies when registering including any special circumstances involving outdoors. (Sun allergy, asthma) The elective director is notified of your child’s allergies. You must fill out a yellow card at check in on Monday. Please note if your child needs to eat in a separate area from their allergen.
CAN I PICK UP MY CHILD EARLY?
We apologize, but we do not provide early release or pick up. High Five is all day. Please schedule other camps, lessons and doctors’ appointments for a different week. FLY has the option to leave at 12:20 and not choose an afternoon elective. They will dismiss from outside.
DO YOU PRORATE THE WEEK IF WE LEAVE EARLY?
We do not prorate the week for those who leave High Five early.
WHAT IS THE HIGH FIVE GARAGE SALE AND STORE?
Our garage sale and store opens on Thursday afternoon. We sell any over-purchased stock and supplies. It’s a great place to pick up an extra High Five t-shirt, hat or craft supplies at a great price. We take cash or checks.

WHAT IF MY CHILD LOSES SOMETHING?
This is a normal occurrence at High Five. We have a lost and found table in the North Lobby. However, we strongly suggest you send your child in and with nothing of value. They get dirty, and their clothes and shoes will never be the same but the experience is what they will remember.
WHERE DO I PARK FOR CHECK OUT?
Check out is always a little crazy and it takes a few minutes for leaders to check everyone’s ID. Pick up happens by afternoon elective in the North Parking Lot. Please park in the lot away from the cones. Please be sure to bring your driver’s license.
WHEN IS FINAL PAYMENT DUE?
Final payment is due June 27. You will be charged the remaining balance on June 27 to your original form of payment. If that is not possible, please contact Kris at firstname.lastname@example.org by June 1 to make other arrangements.
OUR SCHEDULE CHANGED; WE NEED TO CANCEL A REGISTRATION.
You may request a change to your child’s registration by June 27 with no charge. After June 27, there is a $20 charge. You may cancel your registration by June 27 at midnight by emailing Kris at email@example.com for a full refund. After June 27, we will provide a refund less a $20 fee.
HOW DO I MAKE A FRIEND REQUEST?
You choose two electives with your child, one for the morning (A.M.) and one for the afternoon (P.M.). If they have a friend request, you must register your child for the same elective at the same time (A.M. or P.M.) as their friend.
WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR?
Your child should wear their High Five t-shirt, shorts and comfortable shoes. No flip flops! Everything gets dirty, stained and worn out this week. Please do not send your child in anything you love. This is camp and they play hard.
