Family Camp at Camp Harvest is back again this summer!

Family Camp is a four-day trip to Camp Harvest in Michigan that your family will love! Family Camp is ideal for families with children 5-10 years old.  

July 11 - 14          Family Camp

Family camp will have private cabins available as well as a dorm option providing the opportunity for more Harvest families to enjoy the beautiful camp facilities. Private cabins can be occupied by related families only.  Dorm cabins will be separated by gender. If you have friends planning to join you in the dorm option you can indicate your preference to room with them in the registration process.

Private Cabin Rate                $495 - sleeps up to 10 people
Dorm Cabin Rates                $75 per person
These costs include lodging, food, program costs, and all activities.

ARRIVAL
Families will be providing their own transportation to Camp Harvest. Please plan to arrive between 4:00-5:30 P.M. Eastern Time the first day of camp. No one is allowed to arrive after 10:00 P.M. Eastern Time. Please call the Camp at 231-652-2819 if a situation arises that your family will be late.

DEPARTURE
Families will depart from camp after lunch on the last day. 

VEHICLES
After you’ve unloaded your luggage at your cabin upon your arrival, we will have you park your vehicle in a designated area. You will not be able to drive your car on the camp property during the session of Family Camp. Families will need to remain on camp property during the Family Camp session.

CANTEEN
There will be a camp store open each day with snacks, T-shirts, and other items. Please bring cash or a check if your family wishes to purchase items at the Canteen during your Family Camp Session. Please remember, there is no food or drink allowed in your cabin. 

RELEASE FORMS
You will need to turn in your family’s release form on or before two weeks prior to your camp session. Please print this   Family Camp Release Form and return the completed form to: Harvest Bible Chapel, Attn: Family Camp, 800 Rohlwing Road, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008.

WHAT WILL THE ACTIVITIES BE?
Activities during camp will be family activities together. These include canoeing, swimming at the camp’s waterfront beach, archery, fishing, paddle boats, tether-ball, hiking, large group games, an indoor climbing wall, an outdoor zip-line, an exciting obstacle course, and other outdoor activities. We will be eating our meals and having our teaching times indoors in the main camp building.
